The cost for the immigration evaluation is $800. This fee encompasses a review of the necessary documentation and a thorough interview lasting between 2 to 4 hours, which may be conducted in two separate sessions. The evaluation concludes with an in-depth psychological report, typically spanning 8 to 20 pages, depending on the specific type of evaluation requested. To secure your appointment, a deposit of $600 is required. The remaining balance must be paid prior to obtaining the final signed report.

For immigration evaluations, you may need an independent interpreter to ensure accuracy and fairness. This is important for the evaluation’s integrity. If you have an interpreter, they can be there in person or join via video call. If you need us to arrange an interpreter, we will handle the scheduling and their participation, either in person or online during your evaluation. Please be aware that there is an extra fee of $200 for this service, which helps ensure clear communication throughout the process.

The evaluation can be conducted online for clients in Texas and Maine through a secure and confidential platform (Doxy.Me or Zoom Business). A stable internet connection and a device with a camera are necessary for this option. If you prefer an in-person evaluation, sessions are available at our offices in Texas in Addison, Dallas, Frisco, or Plano.
